"We have/had a policy with this agency. My husband required road side assistance (flat tire)and when he called the agency he was informed that we have no policy and no service was issued. That was on 11/8/23. I have switched my policies on 11/11/23 to an other insurance and State Farm was informed via phone and fax from my new agent. This cancellation was not performed until today 11/20 when I received the renewal invoices and verified with the main office that my policies are still active and my new agent had to call again. Also I received no service in the office when I had a problem to install an app. Would not recommend this agency."
